Wishlist for GRASS 5

- r.buffer: the history should contain info about used buffers
- r.in.tiff/r.out.tiff: removal of LZW support

- etc/monitorcap: use relative paths based on $GISBASE
- fix s.to.rast and s.to.vect to accept site lists created
  by r.to.sites
