Datum Shift Issues for Icelandic Users

We have defined several transformations for Icelandic coordinate systems,
from ISN93 to ISN2016, and from ISN2004 to ISN2016, but the grid files needed
are not distributed with CsMap. In order to use this data in CsMap, you will
need to obtain and manually download the grid files ISN93_ISN2016.gsb and
ISN2004_ISN2016.gsb and then put them in the same directory where this
ReadMe.txt file is installed. Please note that your use of these grid files
is under the terms associated with them by their licensor.
