9.00 - 10.00 Coffee (and pastries would be nice, hint)
Get to know each other, connect to internet, find power supplies, projectors. Allows time for anyone not staying over the night before (can people confirm whether they are about for supper the night of the 5th)
If anyone will be dialing into the meeting can they let Suchith know to set up a conference line.

Appoint a scribe (volunteer in advance would be helpful)
Working group brief presentations (can someone put their initials against each heading to indicate that they will lead the discussion on each topic) - approx 15 mins per topic

Planning Session 13.45 - 15.15
Academic Track meeting 13.45 - 15.15 separate break out and teleconference meeting
Wrap up 15.15 - 16.00 Academic Track team rejoin main meeting
