Next Skype/GoogleHangout meeting approx. October 8 (MI will set up).

- Mark Iliffe, Barry Rowlingson, Suchith Anand (LOC)
- Barend Köbben (LOC + AT chair)
- Franz-Josef Behr (AT chair)
Brief list of what we decided :
- BK will bring FJB up to date about the setup and plans as discussed at the 6 sep F2F meeting in Nottingham;
- BK & FJB will put together a first setup of the first Call for Papers, and circulate that with the rest;
- First CfP is planned for mid October;
- Open Conference System OCS (http://pkp.sfu.ca/?q=ocs), as installed at the OSGEO servers, is the preliminary choice for the submission system. BR to check what's needed for setting up a new conference;
- MI will set up/plan a GoogleHangout for the next meeting and inform rest how that works;
- BK will ping John Wilson of Transactions in GIS on publishing plans/deal, and ask about submission system to be used there.
