Steven Feldman on March 5, 2013:

Hi all
I have created the agenda for Friday's call a little earlier than usual. It would make the meeting much more efficient if:
  1. We could get the key stats inserted in advance so that everyone knows how we are doing. Claire could you get some info on registrations (maybe a running totals page like for papers and workshops)
  2. Each group updated on their actions from previous meeting into the relevant sections in agenda
  3. Everyone had read the updates before the call
Please feel free to suggest additional agenda topics or a better way of recording progress

Speak to you on Friday

Claire Gilmour on March 5, 2013:

I will do my best to update the page on Friday morning, however, I wont be on the call (again) because I am on leave and moving on Saturday.  If I am ultra efficient and sitting in a packed and empty flat I will try to call in.

Ian Edwards on March 5, 2013:

I'll be away on holiday this Friday, but I'll make sure the WebEx meeting auto-starts. It looks like Mark and I should be able to meet up at AGI Bristol on 21st Mar - by then I should have some feedback on theme ideas for the hackathon and how the interaction between the Met Office hackathon team (who've been doing hackathons for a couple of years now), and our conference hack/workshop team can get going.

Antony Scott on March 5, 2013:

I will be at AGI Bristol too.
Antony

Rollo Home on March 6, 2013:

Will also be at Bristol event

Jo Cook on March 6, 2013:

Should we postpone?

Jo

Antony Scott on March 6, 2013:

It's not a clash, the Bristol event is on Thur 21st.

Rollo Home on March 6, 2013:

The Bristol event shouldn't interfere with conference call - it's just an extra opportunity to meet.

Jo Cook on March 6, 2013:

I should read messages better! Sorry

Jo

Jo Cook on March 8, 2013:

Can someone send me working details for the link as when I click on the one in the calendar invite I get "meeting cancelled"

Thanks

Jo
