2. Any workshops to be used as tutorials?
3. How many academic papers?

Paper selection
Suggest accepting top 100(?) community papers without review
Then add in any in LOC top 100(?) not in community vote
Then start to look at case studies and papers for non tech audience
Identify questions to presenters, suggestions etc. Where possible send as we go.

Streaming
Agree themes/streams - could be more themes than streams
Tag papers with 1 or 2 potential themes
Draft program by theme (do not need to sort each time slot)
