Review Actions from Program F2F
MW putting the workshop onto the wiki so that the community can interact/show interest in them. MW will get something up over the weekend
IE - to reach out to local chapters (if not already done)
BR - Did get hold of Naomi and she may pop in but will not be a delegate
GSA/CH - Printer - any progress? Issues around the centralisation. Back up would be to get one of the LOC to bring one + toner + paper
SF- close to getting a price for an external designer for the program
Clipboard - not received well, nice notebook might work. SF to follow up the Google notebook he is currently using
AS - Need a couple of big mail-shots about the program when it is released
CG - Can we have a conference office? - to carry forward
AS - Map Action update? - to carry forward

Badges - a couple of little badges that say I am going to FOSS4G 2013/I am presenting at FOSS4G and I am supporting FOSS4G. AP to try and get something done.
Could then get people to add it to their email or website (graphics are under style on FOSS4G)

Feedback on program items
- Timetabling - RH will get the prog structure re-arranged and populate the slots as a first pass tonight (03/05/13). BR investigating scheduling package and then we will use this to manage the fettling the prog. RH to pass BR the skeleton plan.
- Workshops - SF to forward an acceptance email template (of sorts) to IH And confirm when the spreadsheet is up-to-date
- Academic - accepted 19 papers and have send the feedback to the authors. They can edit the papers up to the 21st May. Those accepted by the TGIS will be contacted separately. 1 paper doesn't fit academic track but would be good to have in the main conf. BK to pass details over to BR. Need to add the names of the reviewers to the academic page - BK to send list to JC
- Hackathon - more general environmental theme for the hackathon around open data and climate change. All we have to do is the venue and the registration, the Met Office do the rest.
- Call for Maps - should get something out at the same time as we announce the prog
- Unconference - Gary Gale is happy to be the un-organiser of the unconference if we have one. Could we run this as W3G? JM suggested to have w3g on Thursday, SF suggested that it could run thurs/fri afternoon (1430-1600).

- EMCC - seem to have forgotten wifi in tent, JM is working to "remind" them. JM also sorting out the rooms that are available and when. Lasa back next week. JM/CG to sort this as it has implications for the prog
- Nerds - SF to work on getting them to sign the contract
- Robin Hood - JM to look into this a bit more.
