- Hackathon - 29 registered so far. No problem statements etc from Met office, no active publicity from Met Office. More focus on logistics (seats, power etc) rather than content and outreach

- Hotel rooms - agreed not to book any rooms above what we have sold. SF to do final calcs on Monday morning, discuss with Claire and then mail Shelley.
- Follow ups from F2F - meeting being scheduled with F&L re marquee, power, furniture, stage and PA. We also need quotes from deVere for PA in conferrence rooms and AV link up

- Saturday activity - considering a trip to Brew Dog

- Abi will need some help in vetting session chairs - agreed to accept almost anyone to fill the slots
- Have someone who could do the video - put them in touch SF
