Website has to be static when it is archived. Barry has sorted this through mirroring the site

31st October - No more content changes
Mid-November - Replicated and pass to OSGeo 
Mid/End Nov - Jo back's up amazon instance and shuts it down

Cookbook
Everybody should be involved in producing the cookbook.
People need to take ownership of sections, based on what they did at the event.  
Should be a reflection document that is specific to FOSS4G13
1/2 day sprint during London F2F.
AP - Set up the basic WikiMEDIA structure on OSGeo Wiki

Hi Claire, am getting hold of bank details for payment of MapAction sums - assume that's best for you?
