I am not sure that the opening plenary goes on for long enough to justify. I know two way would be nice but I don't think we can justify the cost unless our numbers soar in the next couple of weeks.
Bear in mind that at the moment we are at 645 including all of the sponsors, bursaries, comps and AGI staff. Inevitably quite a few will not come into the plenaries (particularly after the opening).

possibly the back of the tent will do as a screen? but if we can get a standup-one or can mount one on the tent structure to pull down that will have to be.
i can probably bring a projector - we've got a few spare - but if nottingham ppl can source one then job done.

But I think this question relates only to the Conference Theatre to
Banqueting Suite link? In which case I agree with Steven's thoughts that
it should just be a one way link to save on the huge bill. Perhaps we
could take questions from the banqueting suite via skype?!
