We need a definitive timetable for the Closing party to give to deVere for catering, drinks etc. 
Also useful for entertainers, helpers

Jeremy, please can you provide insight on what occurred on your meeting. So far, my timetable is;
  • 1900 - 1910 Kick Off
  • 1910 - 2040(ish) Beer Tasting
  • 2040-2200 Improv + Comedy (assume our 'free' beer will run out around )
  • 2200 - end of night geogames.

This is not a hard and fast deadline, it all depends on how well the improv and how people want to play games etc.

We didn't discuss Saturday so much since Shelley had been in contact with you. The pizza is due to be served from 7:30 but this could be altered (today would be the best day to tell Shelley). It's only this aspect, the catering, that we needed to discuss.

Ok, so what do you think? Food post beer tasting? Or along side? I'd go for alongside, as long as it's there. In which case, them bringing it in around 1930 will work.

First beer or two at 7:15; break to get food & come back; then continue with beers & people can come and go for more in between.
