How to use the scripts:

Adjust each of the scripts to your current situation (change variables etc)
Run iso1.sh
After the script finished you will be in a chroot-environment.
Run /tmp/inchroot.sh, configure/install other things if you like and then exit the chroot by typing 'exit'.
Copy additional files into $CD (for example the content of add2cd)
Run iso2.sh
Done.
