unzip grass7.zip
cd grass7
make

thes will produce a "distLEO" directory with  gdal_GRASS.dylib and ogr_GRASS-dylib files

to use every command that needs gdal + gdal_grass we need to export the
"GDAL_DRIVER_PATH" environmet var

in bash :

export GDAL_DRIVER_PATH=/path/to/distLEO/
