OTL 4.0, Example 382 (Insert/Update/Select, MySQL LONGTEXT in stream mode, and std:strings)

This example demonstrates INSERT, UPDATE, and SELECT statements with the MySQL LONGTEXT datatype in stream mode and std::strings.
