OTL 4.0, Examples for MySQL / MyODBC 3.5
The examples below work with MySQL via MyODBC 3.5. In general, all of
these examples should work with any more or less recent versions
of MySQL, when ODBC is enabled in OTL by setting
#define
OTL_ODBC.
