Features

A feature is a class used to transfer geometry information and attributes.

If there is not a format to read your particular datasource, you can create
the Features manually in Python.

Features have:
  * id
  * geometry -- a GeoJSON-like dictionary
  * properties -- a dictionary of simple key/value pairs
