SQL Server Plugin

Supports direct access to an SQL Server database.

Setup
^^^^^

* JDBC Driver
  
  GeoTools is unable to ship the SQL Server JDBC driver with the standard
  distribution. It must be downloaded from Mircrosoft separately.
