This project originally by Prolexis was to implement ISO geometry simply by 
  wrapping JTS. Were that things could be that simple.

  It seems like the intent of Polexis was to have the copyright follow the same 
  path as the copyright for GeoAPI. 

  Standard headers added, where missing, with the arbitrary 2006 start date. We 
  could probably do better if we knew more about the project.

  Extant headers with (c) to GEotools changed to benefit OSGeo.
