assign o,i or i/o to _all_ parameters
specify which are Grass rasters and which txt files

depressionless (o) Depressionless elevation map
direction (o) Direction map for depressionless elevation map
belevation (o/i) Basin elevation map (MASK applied)
topidx (o) Topographic index ln(a/tanB) map (MASK applied)
nidxclass (i) Number of topographic index classes
default: 30
idxstats (o/i) Topographic index statistics file
parameters (i) TOPMODEL Parameters file
input (i) Rainfall and potential evapotranspiration data file
output (o) Output file
Qobs (i) OPTIONAL Observed flow file
timestep (i) OPTIONAL Output for given time step
idxclass (i) OPTIONAL Output for given topographic index class

Indeed. All parameters have appropriate i, o or i/o assigned now. I'll rename
the bug.

I tried r.topmodel only once and forgot which are i/o are txt or raster by
now. If I happen to try it once more I'll note down and pass over. Anybody is
wellcome to do it by that time.
