Subject: Z range of Cutting Planes Panel in NVIZ.
Platform: GNU/Linux/i386
grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
Please enter wish description here (and your name)
In the Cutting Planes Panel of NVIZ the range of the Z slider is 0-1000. It seems
that 0 value corresponds to an elevation of 2340 units and consequently the 1000
value to an elevation of 3340 units. This is a very limiting feature for tilting
of cutting planes. It is possible of course to type in the type-in box any other
value, but this new value doesn't change the range 0-1000 as on the contrary
happens for other sliders (as for example for the height and the zexag sliders
in the main panel). Why not to extend to the Z slider the opportunity to modify
the range?
Thanks
