bugreport: d.redraw (script):
d.redraw does not work with multiple frames and does not work if d.text is used
(see d.save error).

I close this bug, but the problem is still that the text is not saved to the
pad item.
So the d.redraw script asks for:
Please enter text instructions. Enter EOF (ctrl-d) on last line to quit
if there is d.text used to create the display. If run non-interactively (from
another script etc.) the program waits forever for user input.
