Exiting grass closes the monitors, but forgets to close any "wish" windows.

Subject: GUI not notified about exit in CLI
Platform: GNU/Linux/x86
grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 6.1.0RC1
If I run GRASS with GUI (gis.m) and type "exit" in terminal (konsole), GRASS
session ends, but GUI keeps running and is unusable (no more ENV variables).
Steps to reproduce:
1) start GRASS with "grass61 -gui"
2) in same console type in "exit"
3) try any command in GUI.
Exit from CLI should close also any GRASS gui related stuff. |

I wonder if this bug is identical to BT #2772? Should we merge the two?

Bingo! I knew there was a duplicated bug out there for this one but couldn't
find it. Merging, please stand back.

I would appreciate if gis.m closed itself when leaving GRASS.

This would be good, but I'm not sure how to do it. I assume that it has to
be done in init.sh. Somehow wish would need to be stopped when GRASS is
exited.
