Subject: d.display doesn't switch to full screen on exit
d.display doesn't switch to full screen on exit, one of the
windows remains the active frame. User would have to use
d.frame -e
to clean.
Suggestion: d.display should draw a "full_screen" frame first,
then the smaller windows. On exit the "full_screen" should
be selected (as d.frame -e erases the monitor contents).
Should be fixed to prevent newbie's confusion.

Don't know if this is a real bug, but i found a second bug in d.display:
in vect_map.c the colors for raster display are hard-coded, so some colours
are not available.
I'll check if i have a simple fix for this.

I fixed the frame creation (added "full_screen") and the allocation of colors
for options.
