Subject: r.colors be able to make grey.eq and gray.log on float raster
Platform: GNU/Linux/x86
grass obtained from: Mirror of Trento site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: cvs_2006_02_04
I really like to see r.colors be able to make grey.eq and grey.log colorscales
with float rasters. When one wants to make a figure for a paper, it will be in
greyscale (most times) and the 'simple' greyscale from r.colors usually is not
as good as it could be. |

Carlos,
this would be nice - hopefully Wolf figures out how to enhance
r.univar for extended statistics, this will provide functions
to also enhance r.colors with long standing wishes.
Maybe someone can give Wolf a hand?

This has been implemented by Glynn in CVS some weeks ago. Flags -e and -g
allow to equalize any color table now, and floating point rasters are supported.
