Gentlemen, consider many programs that use the mouse like
$ d.what.rast
Buttons
Left: what's here
Right: quit
230759.671875(E) 2614084.5(N)
nantou in PERMANENT (1899) .....
very nice, works for 5 times, then upon clicking we get a prompt:
Buttons
Left: what's here
Right: quit
oh, it is giving us a helpful reminder. OK, but bug 1: we have to
click again to get what we were clicking for. Show the reminder
appended to some info, don't make us click twice.
bug 2: man pages don't mention that every 5 click you will get a
reminder, nor (bug 3) how to adjust this number, nor how to (bug 4)
turn it off ("expert mode").
P.S. for several programs, maybe have an option to output click
numbers, for later reference in a large log:
230733.671335(E) 2614224.5(N)
33: nantou in PERMANENT (1332)
230759.671875(E) 2614084.5(N)
34: nantou in PERMANENT (1899)
