Subject: v.report: line length results are wrong
grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
Just a little warningL
all line length calculations of v.report are wrong, e.g.
v.report map type=line un=me
Using d.measure or v.to.db -p gives the correct vector line length
result.
Cheers
Markus
PS: The v.report area calculations are fine. |

OK, Radim (thanks!) has fixed the line length calculation.
The printed precision might still be adjusted:
v.report radim1 ty=line u=me
| Category Information |
|
|#|description | meters|
|-----------------------------------------------------------------------------|
|0| . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .|390.460000|
(only 2 digits after the comma)

I'm closing the critical bug as I understand that it is fixed.
Can you open another wish for adjustable precision? |
