has mile long lines and should be moved to inside the source code
README.upgrade or something, not scattered on some faraway site.

I can't verify this bug as the website referenced in the report no longer
exists. Can we close this?

Grass module porting list is now on the WIKI
http://grass.gdf-hannover.de/wiki/GRASS_Module_Porting_List

So the bug does not apply anymore. Closing it.
