On http://grass.itc.it/grass57/binary/linux/snapshot/ it says
   1. get the file
      grass-5.7.cvs-ARCH-DD_MM_YYYY.tar.gz
   2. get the installation script
      grass-5.7.cvs-ARCH-DD_MM_YYYY-install.sh

However, above it, the file names are cut off:
[ ] grass-5.7.cvs-i686-p..> 24-Nov-2004 22:54 9k
[ ] grass-5.7.cvs-i686-p..> 24-Nov-2004 22:54 7.4M
so one has to use extra sensory perception (ESP) and other clues to
tell them apart.
Or you might want to make the
      grass-5.7.cvs-ARCH-DD_MM_YYYY.tar.gz
      grass-5.7.cvs-ARCH-DD_MM_YYYY-install.sh
into links themselves.

Yes, annoying problem.

Does anyone know who to change the Apache configuration to
show more in the list?

	http://httpd.apache.org/docs/mod/mod_autoindex.html#indexoptions

says:

	IndexOptions directive
Syntax: IndexOptions option [option] ... (Apache 1.3.2 and earlier)
	Syntax: IndexOptions [+|-]option [[+|-]option] ... (Apache 1.3.3 and later)
...

	NameWidth=[n | *] (Apache 1.3.2 and later)
The NameWidth keyword allows you to specify the width of the filename column
in bytes. If the keyword value is '*', then the column is automatically sized
to the length of the longest filename in the display.

The above is for 1.3, but the same appears to apply to 2.0:

	http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_autoindex.html#indexoptions
