Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP

Installed Grass 6.1 using cygwin. Once installed, it opened up.
I started to 'Create location from EPSG' only to find that folder proj does not
exist. Searched in surrounding folders with no luck.

tried installing proj package from cygwin again (twice) with no change in results

Where is you share/proj/epsg file located on the disk? And what path is there
in the "Path to EPSG-codes file" field? If these paths are different, press
the "Browse..." button, navigate to where the 'epsg' file shipped with your
proj instalation is located, then try again.

Does that work?

Thanks,

A very similar path exists to the path given first. Found the proj
folder there.

Must have my eyes tested.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers,
Jonathan
