Subject: db.connect not working when invoked with '-p'

Platform: GNU/Linux/i386
grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: CVS 2005-11-16

When using a -p switch in db.connect the database connection doesn't change.
I'm currently connected to sqlite and want to switch to dbf and see if it worked,
thus I do:

db.connect driver=dbf database='$GISDBASE/$LOCATION_NAME/$MAPSET/dbf/' -p

But the driver is still sqlite:

driver:sqlite
database:$GISDBASE/$LOCATION_NAME/$MAPSET/sqlite.db
schema:(null)
group:(null)

I thought it would work like "g.region -p" - apply required changes and print
the result.

I have changed the message to
"-p Prints/sets general DB connection for current mapset and exits."

which reflects the current implementation.
