Subject: r.colors: Rainbow histogram equalized option for 'color' parameter needed
We have a greyscale histogram equalized option, but I'd really like to see the
same functionality for rainbow color ramps. Is there a workaround for this and
if not, is this a limitation of r.univar?

Eric,
this belongs to the various issues for r.colors.
We have to convince a developer with statistical skills
to solve it.

Thanks to Glynn flags -e and -g in r.colors allow to equalize any color table
now, and floating point rasters are supported.
