Subject: d.grid man page makes no mention of how to add coordinates

Platform: GNU/Linux/i386
grass obtained from: Mirror of Trento site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 5.0pre1

What good is a grid without coordinate values in the margin,
and the d.grid manpage give no hint how to do this.

Man page doesn't mention it because you can't.
Creative use of d.text might be used, but won't rotate the text for the
vertical grid lines, and would be a pain to line up. GIMP is your best bet for
now.

So the wish becomes:

add a "-t" flag to optionally add text labels the grid lines.

ps.map/do_grid.c code might be used as a starting point as it already does
this. Font color would be taken from grid line color, fontsize= might have to
be added as an option. fontcolor= might be added later.

Would of called it "-l", but we might save that for overlaying a Lat-Lon grid
over a UTM location now that the proj and datums work a lot better?
