The grass.informix tools as they went out with 4.1beta still had
references to tools with a .db extension. This was changed prior to
4.1 release to use the .inf extension.

This file documents all the source code (names and line numbers)
of the code before it was modified. The modifications were simply to
change the .db to .inf.
