libs\wtl - Windows Template Library (WTL)

The directory structure:

src        - put WTL sources here

Note, the WTL does not need to be built into any binary form.
The WTL comes as a bunch of header files, so the only thing you
need to do is to download sources and copy them into libs\wtl\src.

All other MOSS4G framework projects using WTL are
configured to find WTL in libs\wtl.
