HI Steve,Here's what we'd like to send:Subject: Cloudant Geospatial DBaaS - Early Access Program
It was great to be at Foss4g and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.Cloudant is a managed database as a service (DBaaS), and I invite you to be one of the first people to try out Cloudant's new Geospatial data management services. Cloudant makes it easy to develop advanced Geo apps, without having to host, set up and administer your own back-end data layer.• CRS nearest neighbor and predictive path analyses
• Scalable, fault-tolerant storage, indexing, and analysis of GeoJSON data
• Advanced geospatial querying - bounding box, ellipse/circle, polygon• Managed and monitored 24x7 by Cloudant big data experts
You can sign up for a Cloudant DBaaS account on the website and also enroll in Cloudant Geospatial Early Access Program.

Hi Steven,Below is the content we'd like to send to the delegates. Let me know what you think.Thanks!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It was great to be at Foss4g and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
If you're looking for a super-scalable, always-on, free-to-start database for your web or mobile apps, I invite you to check out the Cloudant DBaaS. It's built on Apache CouchDB, and it's the back-end DB for big apps from Samsung, Adobe, Microsoft, Rosetta Stone and others.
If you'd like a primer on NoSQL databases like CouchDB, MongoDB, et al, then take a look at "NoSQL - the No BS Edition," presented by Cloudant's CXO, Sam Bisbee: Screencast & slides

Hi ChristineI think the event went very well, the feedback from the delegates has been very good so far. I am delighted that your colleges were pleased with the event. In the next few days we will be sending out separate feedback surveys to delegates and sponsors with the aim of capturing more detailed feedback and we will share a summary of the results with our sponsors. With regards to your sponsor mailing, I suggest you send me a draft for review. Assuming all is ok, which I am sure it will be, I can get that out for you whenever you wish (well just about whenever). I will be using gmail to send the sponsor mailing so it would good if you could format appropriately (we can do a trial run with me sending it to you just to check). I will prefix the mail with a statement that it is a sponsor mailing etc.Best______

- Give us the details of your UK company (Name and address)
- We will invoice you including VAT
- You pay us, we don't care whether the money comes from UK or US but if you pay from US you need to ensure that the net sterling funds received are £6,000 free of any transfer charges
- Check with your accounts people but I think you can reclaim the VAT in your first VAT return after your VAT registration is set up.
- If the date of the invoice is a problem, we can credit you and issue a new invoice with a later date
I am not an accountant so you need to check this with whomever is looking after accounting for you in the UKHope that helps______

Subject: Re: FOSS4G sponsorship
Sara, that's great and thanks for sponsoring FOSS4G.
Christine, please confirm to Maureen (copied above) the correct UK company details for the invoice.
Maureen, please raise an invoice for Silver Sponsorship to Cloudant's UK subsidiary for £5,000 plus VAT.
Sara/Christine, please ask your team to pay the invoice by return as all the following actions ought to follow on from receipt of payment but because time is short we need to get moving and rely on you to pay promptly.
Your sponsor package includes 2 full delegate places for the conference. In addition you will need to book accommodation for any attendees and optional extras like the pre-conference ice breaker reception (a good networking opportunity) at http://2013.foss4g.org/registration/ If you want more than 2 people to attend the conference you can book them in at the same time.
Claire, can you allocate an extra Silver space for Cloudant and update the exhibitor plan
Abi, Cloudant will not be taking an advert in the programme book due to the deadlines. Instead we will be providing them with an email broadcast to the event delegates after the event.
Sara or Christine can you look at the logo guidelines at http://2013.foss4g.org/sponsorship-opportunities/logo-guidelines/ and mail your logo and company blurb to Jo (copied above) who will get your stuff into our sponsor gallery.
I will send the last few sponsor updates to you by a following mail so that you are caught up on logistics and other info for our sponsors
Thanks again for sponsoring FOSS4G
I look forward to welcoming Cloudant to Nottingham in September
Best regards
Steven

Hi Steven -
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. We would like to move forward with the Silver Sponsorship of the FOSS4G event. Per our discussion, we will be substituting an email to registered attendees for the quarter page ad.
Christine will work with you on the invoice and payment (via our Bristol office hopefully). Please send us confirmation of the sponsorship and the invoice.
We look forward to the event.
Thank you,
