Icebreaker logistics

Hi Claire (Steven and Jeremy),
Addy and I have been coming up with some ideas about the Icebreaker event, but there are a couple of things we need to clarify before we go any further. Firstly, can you remind us what rooms/locations are available to us on the Wednesday night and whether AGI is still doing anything that is going to impact on our space. I'm sure you've been through this before many times, but we'd just like to check!
Secondly, have we capped the number of Icebreaker places at all? We have estimated 200-300 people, but there could be a major issue if we plan for that many and actually get 600 people...

I think we were originally thinking the auditorium and atrium for the icebreaker (so stands/plenary seating can be set up in the Banqueting Suite).
I think basing it on 200-300 is fine - if it looks like it will be closer to 600 that will be a good problem and we can always utilise the marquee. We will know well in advance if it looks like it will be more than 300.
