OSGeo AGM and F2F

Hi Steven and Jeremy,
Just to let you know that, of the OSGeo board members that have bothered to respond, I have had universal agreement that the AGM and F2F should be at FOSS4G 2013, and that Saturday 22nd would be good for the F2F. Since I assume those that aren't responding don't have a significant objection, I think we should finalise those in the calendar.
