Attributing OSGeo-Live Documentation

As per the `terms of the Creative Commons license <http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Frequently_Asked_Questions#How_do_I_properly_attribute_a_Creative_Commons_licensed_work.3F>`_, if you include OSGeo-Live documentation into a new document, you will need to attribute the contributors.
Further, if Quickstarts are included, which are licenced under the `CC By-SA <http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/>`_ license, then the new document will also need to be licenced under the `CC By-SA <http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/>`_.
