Registration for sponsors

Hi Claire,

We've had an enquiry from a supporter sponsor asking about the free registration- they get one, right? Is the procedure that they register as normal, and then you invoice them for the amount minus the conference fee? (I know you've said all of this before but I've forgotten, sorry)

This is the message I have sent out to all sponsors:

Thank you for sponsoring the FOSS4G 2013 conference.

As part of your sponsorship you are entitled to 1 tickets for the full conference including gala. We do not need to know the precise details of which individuals will be making use of these free passes until nearer the time. You will need to book and pay for accommodation and any additional requirements.

If you need any additional registrations or to book accommodation, workshops or to attend the icebreaker or closing party please register online. Remember that there are a limited number of hotel rooms on site so early booking is recommended plus you can save money with our early bird rates for any extras you require.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Yup, I just wanted to confirm the registration process for sponsors- I've contacted him anyway. FWIW the reason he hasn't had an email from Claire is that he's a new sponsor- hasn't been invoiced yet.
