Updating Workshop Room Allocation

Hi Barry,

I've been looking at some changes to the workshop schedule to increase capacity of the popular workshops. I've just made some room changes (preserving the time) and I'd like to update the programme (http://2013.foss4g.org/conf/programme/workshops) to reflect my changes.

I've been able to update the capacity via http://2013.foss4g.org/conf/admin/booking/workshop/ but I'm a bit wary of updating the room allocation. Is it as simple as updating the relevant items in http://2013.foss4g.org/conf/admin/schedule/session/?

Yes, just select the workshop session and change the room allocation. The only thing that won't reflect teh change is the mutli-coloured timetable at the top of http://2013.foss4g.org/conf/programme/workshops (and halfway down).

I notice W11 is now in Trent B16, so I think that means youve done it?

I've updated the name of that room via http://2013.foss4g.org/conf/admin/conference/location/ just need to re-assign now.

Is the timetable something that I can edit?

The presentation timetable is all under the Programme section in the django admin. What did you want to edit?

Yeah we had the wrong room entirely, however the correct room has more capacity :-)

I want to update the multi-coloured timetable here: http://2013.foss4g.org/conf/programme/workshops to that it reflects my changes.

How many rooms are the workshops spread across in total now? Six?

Should just the five, I renamed the location "George Green Library Lab" to "Trent B16"

Okay, I guess thats just me getting confused because now W11 and W1 are in different rooms, although both on column 4 in the pretty coloured timetable.

Is the fix simply to swap W11 and W13 on the coloured TT so that column 5 is Trent B16?

That's done, and I changed the text a bit to make it clear that conference registration is still open.
