Following up from Friday's call - this is what I have for the delegate email. There was mention of an OpenLayers 3 code sprint, but I don't see anything on the website....?
Not sure if anyone will see this tonight, but this is what I have and I will send in the next couple of hours unless anyone spots anything I've missed or has any additional info about the code sprints.

Launch of FOSS4G Mobile Programme
Have
you organised your week yet? Will you be at a workshop, or the GeoHack?
Have you marked up all your sessions of interest? No?!
This week we are delighted to announce that you can get the FOSS4G programme on your Android Phone* using a great app called "Giggity". Mark up your sessions of interest and make sure you don't miss a thing during FOSS4G.
Alternatively,
remember to check the online programme and make sure you have
registered for any extras, such as the GeoHack or Friday night dinner
excursion to the Nottingham Dog Track, well before you arrive in Nottingham.

Code Sprint
This week we would like to remind you about the Code Sprint that is happening during and after FOSS4G. The Code Sprint provides the opportunity for projects to get together to
make plans, work on new features, write documentation and generally
collaborate. We provide comfortable facilities with all the power and
wifi you could need, it’s up to the individual projects to decide what
the time is used for.
Please make sure you have registered your interest as soon as you can on the Code Sprint wiki to ensure that we arrange appropriate space for you.
Special Rates for AGI GeoCommunity ’13 for FOSS4G Delegates
GeoCommunity takes place at the same venue as FOSS4G between the 16th and 18th September and is most comprehensive independent event in the UK GI calendar providing an opportunity to share knowledge and network with professionals from outside your usual peer group and client base.
The Association for Geographic Information (AGI) are an organising partner of the FOSS4G conference. As a result we are happy to be able to offer FOSS4G delegates the change to attend GeoCommunity ’13 at the discounted rate normally only available to AGI members with the full conference costing £490. For details on other delegate packages (including the dinner and party on Tuesday night) please visit the AGI website.

Looks great. The only thing I noticed was a missing 'the':

Typo: "delegates the change to attend" -> chance
Perhaps put links for the GeoHack and dog racing if you're sending in HTML format?
OL3 on Wednesday is definite now, agreed with Tim Schaub of OpenGeo, so I think is ok to announce. They plan to run from 9am-6pm, and do some introductory stuff to help people get into the code sprint.

I'm not too sure what sponsor email list Steven has been using for emails, so I will leave it unless anyone else is sure? We didn't have anything specific for sponsors anyway I don't think and I think most of them will be on the delegate list from what I can see.
