Can you please mention the free workshops in the next delegate email: sign-up on the day at registration, first come first serve:
All workshops are in Sir Clive Granger Building B29, some sharing of machines may be required in order to allow the maximum number of delegates to attend.
And in addition can you include a special note about W21: Spatial Analysis With QGIS And its Processing Module on Fri 20th:

This workshop requires delegates use their own laptop. Please ensure that QGIS 2.0 is installed from http://new.qgis.org/html/en/site/forusers/download.html prior to attending. Should you experience issues installing QGIS 2.0 please contact Paolo Cavallini (cavallini@faunalia.it)
