Dear All,

Thanks to a prod from Mike I've figured out how to create groups in basecamp so you don't have to manually decide who to send an email to. When you create a message you should now see the option to select people from a particular group- eg comms, academic track, workshops. 

I couldn't remember what other groups we needed- or indeed if I had all the right people in the workshops and academic track group- so feel free to edit these (via the "everyone" page) if you like- or if you don't have permission then let me know what needs changing and I'll sort it for you.
