This is the timeline that Eclipse used for one of their conferences, it would be good for us to check that we have covered everything within our timeline spreadsheet. A volunteer?

I've reviewed the Eclipse timeline in conjunction with ours. There are no significant oversights in our list despite ours being significantly shorter than theirs. This is more do to with the level of detail provided in the action points than anything.
I have normalised the two sets of tasks into a week count down from the respective event (T-1, T-2, and so on), and then combined the two.
The main thing to note is that Eclipse are clearly 'slick' in their conference administration as the majority of their tasks are undertaken after T-20, while we're significantly advanced by that stage. 
Eclipse also note some interesting actions that I think we could consider, such as an 'email campaign', 'keynote speaker template/format' (they seem to seek to approve the content as well!).
I guess the next stage is to develop our timeline into a more detailed action plan?
