FDO_API FdoParameterValue* FdoParameterValueCollection::GetItem ( FdoInt32  index  )  Gets the item in the collection at the specified index. Throws an invalid argument exception if the index is out of range. Parameters: index  Input index Returns: Returns FdoParameterValue
