virtual FDO_API FdoStringP FdoSchemaElement::GetQualifiedName (  )  [virtual] Gets the fully qualified name of this schema element. Returns: Default implementation simply returns the element name Reimplemented in FdoClassDefinition, and FdoPropertyDefinition.
