System::Boolean OSGeo::FDO::Common::Xml::XmlAttributeCollection::Contains ( String *  name  )  Determines whether the collection contains a specific XmlAttribute object. Parameters: name  Input The name of the XmlAttribute object to search in the collection. Returns: Returns true if the value is found in the collection; otherwise, false.
