OSGeo::FDO::Xml::XmlContext::XmlContext ( OSGeo::FDO::Xml::XmlFlags *  flags, OSGeo::FDO::Common::Xml::XmlReader *  xmlReader   ) Constructs a context for parsing FDO Deserializable items. Parameters: flags  Input controls the reading of the elements from the document. xmlReader  Input the XML reader.
