System::Boolean OSGeo::FDO::Common::StringCollection::Contains ( StringElement *  value  )  Determines whether the collection contains a specific StringElement object. Parameters: value  Input The StringElement object to search in the collection. Returns: Returns true if the value is found in the collection; otherwise, false.
