System::String* OSGeo::FDO::Expression::LOBValue::ToString (  )  Returns the well defined text representation of this expression. Returns: Returns a text string Reimplemented from OSGeo::FDO::Expression::Expression. Reimplemented in OSGeo::FDO::Expression::BLOBValue, and OSGeo::FDO::Expression::CLOBValue.
