System::Int32 OSGeo::FDO::Commands::BatchParameterValueCollection::Add ( OSGeo::FDO::Commands::ParameterValueCollection *  value  )  Adds a ParameterValueCollection object into the collection. Parameters: value  Input the ParameterValueCollection object to add. Returns: Returns the position into which the new element was inserted.
