System::Int32 OSGeo::FDO::Filter::ValueExpressionCollection::Add ( OSGeo::FDO::Expression::ValueExpression *  value  )  Adds a ValueExpression object into the collection. Parameters: value  Input the ValueExpression object to add. Returns: Returns the position into which the new element was inserted.
