System::Boolean XmlAttributeCollection::Contains (  XmlAttribute *  value  )    Determines whether the collection contains a specific XmlAttribute object. Parameters: value  Input The XmlAttribute object to search in the collection. Returns: Returns true if the value is found in the collection; otherwise, false.
