System::Boolean PolygonCollection::Contains (  NAMESPACE_OSGEO_GEOMETRY::IPolygon *  value  )    Determines whether the collection contains a specific IPolygon object. Parameters: value  Input The IPolygon object to locate in the collection. Returns: True if the value is found in the collection; otherwise, false.
