virtual FDO_API bool FdoProvider::GetIsManaged (   )  const [virtual]   Gets a boolean flag indicating if the provider is a managed or unmanaged provider. Returns: Returns the managed state flag as a bool. Throws an instance of FdoClientServicesException * if an error occurs.
