virtual FDO_API_COMMON FdoBoolean FdoIoStream::CanRead (   )  [inline, virtual]   gets the reading capability. Returns: Returns true if the stream can be read. Reimplemented in FdoIoFileStream. Definition at line 131 of file Stream.h.
