GetLockOwner

virtual FDO_API FdoString* FdoIReleaseLock::GetLockOwner (   )  [pure virtual]   Gets the name of the user who owns the lock to release. Returns: Returns name of the lock owner. If the name was not set, it returns the name of the caller.
