FdoTopology::FdoTopology (  FdoString *  name, FdoString *  description, FdoString *  spatialContext )    Constructor. Parameters: name  The topology name. description  The topology description. spatialContext  The name of the spatial context from which to aquire spatial parameters for the topology.
