System::Boolean DictionaryElementCollection::Contains (  DictionaryElement *  value  )    Determines whether the collection contains a specific DictionaryElement object. Parameters: value  Input The DictionaryElement object to search in the collection. Returns: Returns true if the value is found in the collection; otherwise, false.
