System::Boolean LinearRingCollection::Contains (  NAMESPACE_OSGEO_GEOMETRY::ILinearRing *  value  )    Determines whether the collection contains a specific ILinearRing object. Parameters: value  Input The ILinearRing object to locate in the collection. Returns: True if the value is found in the collection; otherwise, false.
