GetXInsertionPoint

FDOGRFP_API FdoDouble FdoGrfpRasterGeoreferenceLocation::GetXInsertionPoint (  void   )  const   Retrieves the X insertion point of the raster image. Returns: Returns the X insertion point. X coordinate (in ground units) of the center of the upper left pixel of the image; the (1, 1) or (0, 0) pixel depending on convention.
