System::String* OSGeo::FDO::Connections::IConnectionPropertyDictionaryImp::GetLocalizedName ( System::String *  name  )  Gets a localized name for the property (for NLS purposes). Parameters: name  Input the property name. Returns: Returns the localized name for the property (for NLS purposes).
