FDO_GEOM_API double FdoEnvelopeImpl::GetMaxY (   )  const [virtual]   Gets the maximum Y coordinate value. Returns: Returns the maximum Y ordinate; numeric_limits<double>::quiet_NaN() by default Implements FdoIEnvelope.
